Sushama is a seasoned software tech lead and innovation product builder with 15+ years of experience designing, developing and deploying high performance applications.

As part of (Outshift) Cisco, she focuses on building products in several cutting edge technology areas. Her more recent experience involves the AI agents space.

Prior to that, she worked in several areas like cloud, data, platform and infrastructure services. She enjoys writing tech blogs and encouraging young girls to stay curious and pursue STEM. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and recreational activities like hiking, yoga and the arts.
